They were professional. They were good.

I had them install mine last year, when they came out to give me a quote it was great and best presentation. Then I had questions and he wouldnt call me back so called office then he called me back. We got everything ironed out and they came out to install (not Thrive crew) and they did a decent job but forgot some parts and I had to provide the cord to the box when they were suppose to. The master value was messed up so they were suppose to fix it but they never told me if they did. They were suppose to call me and/or came out at 90 days after but they had my money so that wasnt happening. I had more questions but i guess im on my own now that I have paid

I highly recommend Chris and the whole team at Thrive Outdoor Solutions. They have done 3 properties and counting for us now. Two properties included residential drainage, french drain, sprinkler system inspection and repair, and landscape cleanup. The other property was a small commercial property they installed a large drainage system and hardscape. Very professional, timely, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend them for any exterior work you need!

We were happy overall. Workers took their time to do the job right and didn't rush. Once the job was basically done they did wrap up really quick and left some supplies laying around. Could've done a little better job on the cleanup. Overall we are happy with the work done and we would hire the BNC team back.

Chris did a great job at repairing my sprinkler system and explaining to me what I did and did not need. I will use his services again when needed!

BNC seems to have very capable and professional people.  However, it appears that their workload is more than what they can handle.  My experience was not that good due to scheduling.  The BNC tech's would promise to have something done quickly, but I would receive phone calls from their scheduling people trying to push out the date.  It was frustrating and took about 4-5 days to get the matter resolved.

We were very pleased from the very beginning.  We contacted 3 companies to get estimates.  Chris from BNC contacted us immediately to set up an appointment for the estimate.  One of the other companies never called us back and the other company called initially, though didn't call for weeks to schedule an appointment.  Chris was very knowledgeable of the system and the cities requirements.  He was also very professional.  He was upfront and let us know that they were probably not the cheapest but assured us that the job would be done correctly.  Due to the rain the actual installation had to be delayed, though Chris kept in contact with us and installed the system as soon as the weather allowed.  During the initial install, one small area was missed though they came back immediately to install once it was discovered.  Chris was very thorough in explaining the operations of the new system and has made himself available for any questions that we have.  The system has worked just as promised and our yard is looking great.

Could not have gone better. Chris and Gonzalo were early and finished all that work within an hour. Chris is a real pro, knows everything he needs to know to do the job well -- and more! Probably the best experience I've had with a contractor/home repair professional in 12 years as a homeowner.
