UPON INSPECTION, IT WAS DETERMINED THAT A RELAY HAD GONE OUT IN THE AUTOMATIC OPENER. THIS PART HAD TO BE ORDERED. WE WERE CHARGED A PART FEE OF $5.00. THE REPRESENTATIVE OF THORNTON DOOR COMPANY ALSO INSPECTED THE OTHER DOOR AND MADE SOME ADJUSTMENTS. THE DOOR NOW OPENS WITH LITTLE EFFORT AND WE WERE NOT EVEN CHARGED FOR THESE ADJUSTMENTS.

WITHIN THREE HOURS OF MY CALL, THERE WAS AKNOCK ON MY FRONT DOOR. THERE WAS A SERVICE MAN THERE WHO PROMPTLY REPLACED MY BROKEN SPRING. MY GARAGE DOOR OPENS AND CLOSES LIKE A CHAMP.

A SERVICEMAN FROM THORNTON DOOR COMPANY WAS RINGING MY DOORBELL LESS THAN THREE HOURS AFTER I MADE THE PHONE CALL. HE TOOK CARE OF MY PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY.
