The Plumbing Force was very responsive.  I called around 5pm for emergency help; none of my bath or toilet drains were draining.  My plumber worked on my drains until 10pm, when he identified and resolved the source of the clog (roots infiltrating the drainpipe).  He also helped me locate the exterior drain clean-out, so that it will be much easier to clear if this issue recurs.

It all went well.  He arrived on time (actually 3 minutes early), reviewed the problem and decided it would be best to run his pipe cleaner through the roof vent.  He then told me what the cost would be (including the Angie's List discount) and proceeded to do the work after I gave him clearance.  After the second try he sent down his camera to see what was blocking the pipe and saw roots.  He then tried for the third time and managed to clear the drain.  He was very professional, and I plan to use him again when Next I need a plumber.

Definitely recommend Jaime... Does very nice work. Price is competitive.. Takes the time to explain things.

Jaime was the consummate professional. I wish that every contractor was as kind/courteous/understanding as him. The hot water line under my slab had broken and eventually the water was coming to the surface. Jaime ran a reroute of the waterline through our attic and once that was done he wisely tested it. As it turns out the section replaced was not the source of the leak, so without missing a beat Jaime continued the water line through the attic to our back bathroom. Once that was done the leak was gone and we had hot water again. It turns out that the first line we replaced was just the "path of least resistance" for the water to escape from under the house.
Without hesitation I would recommend this company!

He's really good. It was on a Saturday morning at 7:30 and he showed up and didn't complained. He was professional, clean and very neat. He did what he needed to do. He explained to us what happened. He was inexpensive also.

One guy came out and he was very nice. He gives neighbors in the area a 15-percent discount; that was nice. I think he was excellent and he did a great job

I had a foot and a half of water under my house, and I had called a previous company and they charged me $828.00 to pump out the water and put a temporary plumbing repair in my basement.  The Plumbing Force guy came in and did a permanent repair. He did the work for under a thousand bucks, as the other company would have charged me thousands of dollars for the same job.  He was very cordial, very professional, and I would highly recommend him to other people.

He is local. I actually switched to him from a plumbing group I have used for a lot of years because he saved me over $5000. He is cautious, conservative and he never tries to rip you off ever. He has done some other work for me since then and he has just been great.

I’ve never had sprinkler work done before so I assumed the work by the sprinkler company was all fine.  Then I started having problems at my water meter.  My neighbor noticed that her meter box was flooding and it was coming from my box.  I called the plumber.  Apparently there was a cut-off and it was buried right next to the meter.  The sprinkler people had a metal detector and they were in the backyard looking for lines and I thought if they had walked up to the meter and looked they would have found it.  I had to pay $700 to the plumber for him to cap it off at the main.  I have used The Plumbing Force ever since then.  He’s a nice guy and he’s very good. He gives me a 15% discount because I’m a repeat customer.  He is very personable, professional, and he’s a knowledgeable plumber; you can tell he knows what he’s doing.  Everything he does is very clean and proper.  He’s not just doing it junky.  He always has all the parts and equipment he needs with him and he’s prompt.  When I’ve needed him he’s come right away, as soon as he can.  I feel that he’s very honest.  I have used other companies to clean out our main and Jamie’s prices are very reasonable.  I’m going to do some remodeling later this year and I’m definitely going to call him to come out and give me advice.

Jamie was very prompt and on time. He was very professional and talked to me before
starting the job to explain all things that could be going on and the fixes. Once he started
he brought in a rug where he laid the toilet. He then showed me what he would have to do.
He went to the truck to get supplies he needed to work with and parts to replace. After reseating
the toilet he explained why it was the wrong size for the space. He was able to make the existing
toilet work in the space without having to special order a smaller size. After completion he totally cleaned
up to the point you would never know he had been there. We talked again before he left. Wonderful guy and
very professional. I will call him again for any plumbing repairs. Too bad he isn't a handyman able to do all
my other jobs!
