Differently of the statement that we don't pull out weeds, yes we do, like we did, but in some instances also we use a weed-eater, we just wanted to let her know that doing this, the weeds would come back soon since its high summer, a solution to fix the weeds problem wouldn't be just pulling them up. ** They did a horrible job on the flower beds ** Mrs. [Member Name Removed], if our work was that bad, you could simply have told us and we would have come back to fix whatever you did not like, its our policy, 100% satisfaction guarantee or we come back to fix it, but you never called or contacted us in any way, even thou our office called you on the next day to ask for your email to send you the invoice. We just knew about your dissatisfaction thru reviews that you left all over the internet. I believe most people, including me, when we are not happy with a service, we call the business and talk to them, ask for the problem to be fixed (which never happened), not just go and re-do it by myself like you did. I hope this can clarify because like I said before, reviews out of context can just harm honest businesses and hardworking people"
