Texas Pro Home Inspection provides home inspection services in the Dallas/Ft. Worth Metroplex and is owned and operated by Ricky Ray, a Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) licensed Professional Home Inspector (22916). While serving in the U.S. Air Force, Ricky inspected over 1000 residential housing and other base facilities as a member of the fire department. And he has over a decade of experience on the cutting edge of new home systems and custom installations in the home improvement industry. Ricky not only knows houses but also enjoys working with people. His emphasis is on providing value first to his home inspection customers.

Rick was very professional, and easily available for phone calls, emails, and text. He discovered some concerns in our home and took the time to advice and educate about the problem and possible solutions. This was our second home inspection and I only wished I would of hired him for our initial inspection too. Great experience. Thank you.

We were buying a home built in 1956. Several things concerned us with the house. We needed a home inspector that would tell us the true condition of the home. Ricky was wonderful to work with. He showed us the strengths and weaknesses of our new home. His inspection report allowed us to discuss a few issues we had with the sellers. I would recommend him to others and I would use him again without hesitation.

Ricky did an amazing job. Very respectful to my wife and I. Ricky did my inspection in about 2 hours. He took Several pictures of everything that needed to be fix or that was a concern. After it was all said and done he sent me a report of everything with details with the pictures included. Very good experience would hire again if needed. He even called back several times asking if i needed his help with anything else. Great guy.
