There's a little bit of give and take on this one.  The first thing was they were a little bit flexible with my schedule, so that was great.  It's probably the only thing that brings them up.  They said they were going to show up, they didn't.  This happened on two different occasions, because we had them come in to install wood on one day, and they came in to refinish and stain on another day.  Both of those times they no-called, no-showed.  As soon as I called them that afternoon that they were supposed to show up, on their scheduling conflicts, "Oh, I'll get a hold of you and I'll let you know when we can make it out next."  That was one of the big turnoffs.  The other thing was I showed them specific pictures of the color I wanted for my kitchen, and they said that was no problem, and it was a gray.  When they finished up it wasn't anywhere close to the color that I said that I wanted and they said "Well, we can't do that," so I feel like I was told one thing and they didn't deliver it.  That being said, it looks fine.  It's just not what I wanted.  That's why I give them the quality grade.  I'm giving a little flexibility because my schedule was not the easiest to work with.

They have done 2 different jobs for me. First they put a wood floor in my large dining room and then 2 years later I had them do the same with my living room and closet. I had an issue with some glue showing on the hardwood, gave them a call and they came out and cleaned up all my issues the next day. It has been a couple of years and the flooring still looks great.

Texas Designer Flooring was competitive in price; prompt in installation; and the crew were freindly, courteous and tolerant of our questions and concerns.  Very professional - and the floor is attractive and easy to maintain and keep clean.

I used them about 2-3 years ago. It took them a couple of days to complete the work, but I was not here when they did the service since it gets dusty. They were good and easy to work with. The hardwood flooring is hold up very well.

That turned out great. They did this work 2 years ago. There were no issues when they did the installation. They were very responsive and it was a great experience.

They also came back after we had a flood and fixed everything for us. They are professional and we like how they did business. We liked that they were very knowledgeable to help us select what would be best for us. They worked with us on the pricing too.

They did this about 2-3 years ago. That turned out very well. They did the work in stages since we were remodeling the whole house. They had a wide selection of hardwood floors to choose from. We dealt with Jessie mostly; he was personable and easy to work with. We did have a little water damage, due to a water heater leak, on a part of our floors and they came out quickly to repair that. They did such a great job.
