Mike came by my house and was able to replace my kitchen sink disposal efficiently and was very polite through the whole process! He kept a smile on his face and was able to walk me through the process and help me understand what had gone wrong in the first place, he also gave me some advice on maintaining other appliances in the home and was well spoken and clear!
