Several years ago I requested an estimate for sprinkler repair from Lisa Graham. I went in the house while she evaluated my lawn and when I came back outside her guy had dug a trench without my ok. When I questioned her about it she told me not to worry about it. I figured it was on her. My mistake I eventually hired her. Afterwards, there were daily problems and issues. Her truck broke down, her boyfriend had a regular 8 - 5 job so she couldn't make it here, she broke a tooth, she got sick, her horse got sick, her back flow guy lost his license, on and on. This was in 1.5 months time. In the meantime, after we had a contract, she started double charging me and changing the contract saying she was giving me a discount so I owed her more. She claims to be a licensed contractor of which there is no such thing in Texas along with being a plumber. She is not licensed with the TSBPE. Before this she went by the name of Elizabeth Garland as a cosmetologist in Houston.

Perfect! Lisa & her crew came the same day & replaced he controller. Then the tested all the zones & replaced numerous heads, sprayers & risers. All work completed with 2 hours of arrival.

It went well. The tech worked his butt off and found plenty of things to fix. Once finished he presented the invoice. When I pulled out my credit card he sheepishly told me that TerraScape didn't accept credit cards. A fact neither he, or wonder Lisa Garland, offered to provide prior to arrival. I haven't written a check in over 3 years. I know this because I had to conduct a long search to locate a checkbook and found the last entry was make in 2014. Checks are a thing of the past TerraScape! Join us in the 21st century. I find businesses that don't accept checks suspicious. Had I know TerraScape didn't take checks they'd never have stepped foot on my property. Check the BBB site on TerraScape before you call them.

They were unable to diagnosis what worked and what didn't and what to do to repair it .Spent part of one day and part of the next day trying to figure out how to put sprinklers back how they were and what to charge me .Every thing was 3 way debate between boss and 2 helpers .I couldn't  understand all the confusion. They finally gave up and didn't charge me anything even though i tried to pay them something. Felt bad letting them go because they did try for so long a time .
