To ANYONE who is interested to hire these people! Stay AWAY from them!!!!! These people are totally unprofessional, rude and also employ illigals that speak no english! They came to work at our neighborhood at Jester Estates in Austin, I should have done more homework on them prior to hiring them! My Mistake!!! I can not recommend other roofing companies at this time, since I am still looking for reputable one!

After paying the deposit for my awning and getting measurements done I didn't hear a single word from the company until their installation guy showed up at my front door to install everything. While working the installer broke a light fixture (on video) and didn't bother to mention anything to us, but instead tossed the broken pieces to the side. Due to the absolute lack of communication we had yet to purchase a fan for them to install, so the installation tech had to come back out again to install that. While there he didn't bother to mention or apologize for the broken light and took spare pieces from the fan that I might need later. Follow up calls from the company have lacked any consideration for events, and while I'm generally happy with the awning itself the lack of communication and professionalism have been a problem to say the least.

I recently had Tarrant Roofing replace the roof on a commercial property I own in Keller and am very happy with the finished product. The customer service and attention to detail that Danny, David and the crew at Tarrant Roofing was terrific. I was so impressed with the job they did for me at my business that I had them do my house in Keller too. Thanks again guys!

Excellent! Went above and beyond to get our roof fixed!!!

My neighbor was replacing his roof with this company and I went over to chat. Aaron the salesman / foreman was there and casually said maybe my roof had hail damage and needed repair or replacement. He immediately got his ladder and inspected my roof with pictures to explain the damage. He then offered to help file a claim with my insurance company and did all the phone information needed. He then arranged to meet the adjuster and discuss his findings. The adjuster agreed to cover the entire roof, gutters, screens, chimney and some inside paint and texture for a leak stain. The entire roof was replaced in one day. The inside texture had to be redone for my satisfaction but Aaron agreed to get it right. Aaron also offered to replace an aged sky light and worked several times to be sure it was adequately cleaned. Although he did not replace the chimney he agreed to reduce the insurance payment accordingly. Overall I found the experience to be easy and completed to my satisfaction.

Pretty well. Difficult to coordinate all different sub cons. Some delays due to busy season, but when it got done work was very good.

Tarrant roofing did an excellent job with the re shingle of my roof.

We were recommended to Tarrant Roofing by a friend who is a local realtor based out of Flower Mound. After reaching out to their website, Tarrant's representative Brad contacted us, and remained our point of contact throughout the entire process. Brad came out to our home, inspected the roof, evaluated the cost of repairs/replacement, and answered all of our various questions. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and had excellent communication. Their final estimate was very fair in price, they worked with our insurance company, and they utilized quality materials. These were all overwhelming factors in ultimately choosing their company over the rest. When the day came for the job to be completed, their team was on time and finished our roof in the same day. Brad then did a thorough final inspection, and was pleased with their work. After seeing the roof for myself, I must also say they did a tremendous job. My family and I could not be happier with Tarrant Roofing's excellent work and commitment to customer service.

I worked with Shaun and Roger to
replace my roof that had some wind and hail damage. They showed up
when the insurance adjuster came to inspect the roof, and helped me
through the process of making an insurance claim. Within two weeks
of first contact I have a new roof. No money up front. It took a
day to re-roof my 1,800 sq-ft house. I am very pleased with the
finished product, and the shingle color recommendation was spot on.
They were open to suggestions, quick to respond and cleaned up after
the installation. I would 100% recommend them.

Our new roof was going to be a huge major expense for us so we starting checking around and found out about Tarrant Roofing. A couple of Realtor's in our housing addition said they were the "go to" company that they used to help out their clients. After doing our own homework we found that they had an A+ rating with the BBB, 4.4  rating on Google reviews, 5 star rating on Yelp reviews, etc. Tarrant Roofing replaced our roof while we were at work and did an outstanding job! When we got home from work you could not tell that a work crew had been there, our yard was that clean. That same day they had a satellite repair guy there to inspect and realign our satellite dish as well. We are now having Tarrant Roofing add new guttering, fence staining, and window screen repairs from storm damage. Call Jeremy Rhudy at 817-805-2286. He met with our insurance adjuster and worked hard to make sure everything worked out great! He is intelligent, respectful and will return every phone call or text you send him.

This provider went out of his way to ensure that the insurance would pay for a new roof.   He was ALWAYS responsive to us.  He listened and kept us informed on EVERYTHING.  I would use this provider again in a heart beat and I highly recommend their service.  Top notch!   I am very pleased with the work done.

Had concerns about my roof, called my home insurance agent. I received a recommendation for Tarrant Roofing to come and inspect my roof. The sales manager Shane came out and did an inspection and said there was wind and hail damage.

We called in the claim and after meeting with my adjustor from the ins. company, who paid for my new roof, 2 days later Tarrant roofing replacement my roof in less than a day.

After they left my yard looked better than before because they cleaned up so well afterwards. They were on time and very professional. I am very pleased and would definitely use them again and recommend them to everyone I know!

Replacing both roofs went well. From working with adjuster, insurance company, paperwork, etc., it was pretty painless. The roof work was all done in one day and seems to be of good quality.

Now here's where my headache begins.... Replacing the metal shed. They said they couldn't find the same size anywhere in town and they would have to order one. Ok, I said, order it and let me know when it will be complete. I hear nothing for a few weeks. Finally I call and they still don't have anything and that they may have to go get one in Oklahoma. Ok, I said, go get it and keep me posted. More weeks go by without contact. I touch base again to find out what is going on. They say that there is no other option but to build a wood frame shed. Ok, I said, do it.

No contact for a few weeks. I call. They say they are getting materials. A few more weeks later, they say that they will install on Monday. Monday comes, I'm there, the renter is ready... Tarrant Roofing is a no-show. They say they fired the contractor because he didn't show. They hired a new contractor to build it and now they have to go through measuring and getting materials again. Another start date, another no-show. Again and again. I can't count how many days of missed work and empty promises. We filed a claim on April 3, 2012. We finally got a shed in November of 2013!!!!! Hundreds of phone calls, emails, text messages and countless hours of frustration later... we got a shed. Now, it's a metal shed just like the one before it, not the wood shed they said it would be, which is fine. Now, it's not anchored to the foundation. They quit answering my calls and I just gave up. After the wind blew the shed over 3 feet past it's foundation, I went over there and installed the anchors myself.

Bottom line, if you are just getting a roof, they can do that. If they try to talk you into anything other than a roof, stay away. Stay far, far away. These jokers can only do one thing.
