NO SERVICE IN JOSHUA, TX FROM T-MOBILE, AT LEAST NOT AT MY HOME. I CALLED THE TECH, WHO I COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND,HE TOLD ME TO and quot; GO OUT IN MY YARDand quot; AND I WOULD GET MORE THAN 2 BARS ON THE CELL PHONE, WHEN I TOLD HIM I COULDN'T DO THAT- HE SAID and quot; WELL, WILL WORK GOOD IN YOUR HOME ALSOand quot;!!!! I SENT THE PHONE BACK , WISH I COULD HAVE USED IT.

They are very responsive and nice when I go to the T-Mobile phone store and ask some very silly questions about my phone. Even after the third time that I went in there they were still very nice to me and answered all of my questions. The price of the service seems fair and I will continue to use this service in the future.
