I SENT THE PHONE BACK , WISH I COULD HAVE USED IT.

 + 0 moreThey are very responsive and nice when I go to the T-Mobile phone store and ask some very silly questions about my phone. Even after the third time that I went in there they were still very nice to me and answered all of my questions. The price of the service seems fair and I will continue to use this service in the future.
