The first time my home was cleaned by Super Star Maids, many areas were cleaned, but not as thoroughly as I would like. I asked twice for a specific list so I would know what I could expect and I also asked for paperwork that shows I was not responsible for paying taxes to those cleaning my house. On the third visit Jennifer wrote out a list for me. Many of the items I had expected to be cleaned were not on the list. Two people came to clean each time and although the first time they cleaned for about 2 1/2 to three hours, the next two or three times they were out in just under an hour. I never was shown the tax information.

Jennifer arrived on time and with another cleaner. The cleaning material she used (dust towels, mop, etc) were very clean and they use clean material at each site. They cleaned wonderfully and left on time. She does not commit you to a contract and welcomes any input.
