The work went very well for the most part but we have been trying for over 2 months to get repairs completed. David Cassell makes empty promises about being here and then does not show up. We have asked repeatedly for the receipt on the grill and fridge and no response. There is a large crack on the front porch where an 88 year old lady fell. There is a large crack on the new driveway. There is split wood on the porch. I have left many emails, text messages, and have talked to David personally and still after completing the work the middle of January the repairs at the end of April have not been completed.

Customer service is non-existant. Don't bother trying to use this company. Go to somebody else. I should've looked at Angie's List first. F rating is still too good for these hoodlums. They were going to install flagstone patio, but scheduling and phone calls are something they are very poor at doing.

We waited weeks for work to begin.  Way too long to wait. Gave check on April 24th, patio and walkway began May 21st. Didn't see anyone again until June 18th to install patio sliding door...July 1st they started my patio cover...over 2 months after
I wrote them a check.
The Patio flagstone floor was excellent. Patio cover beautiful. HOWEVER......
They never scheduled the work as promised. "See you Thursday or Friday"...and 2 weeks later still not here! 
We waited days and days.  They just showed up whenever they wanted.
Sloppy work. Flower beds had lots and lots of concrete at back of stone work... just globbed on.
Never smoothed or looked finished. Made them come back to make flower bed appearance correct..
Waited for over a month to have wire debris ,concrete,  sand ,and  rock removed from driveway .My car was stuck inside garage for a month or more and they knew it. I called many times to remove debris from driveway.
Patio roof that tied into the house roof, started July 9th. Patio roof had nails sticking thru the perimeter of the roof.. Waited until July 23rd before they sawed the protruding nails off. This left holes and chunks of wood broken off under the patio cover.
They never offered to repair or paint the broken areas..
 The patio sliding door still doesn't open easy. Its very hard to open,  they made  excuses.... I picked a heavy door and my house isn't squared, so therefore the door can't slide easily
They sent one man out to install this patio door. He worked all day alone and never got it in evenly. You can see the outside sky at the top.., so he returned and put up rubber tape to cover the spot where the sunlight comes in at the top.
The flagstone bench was in the contract that it would have a smooth top. No sharp corners or edges for the grandchildren
to get hurt on. They installed a flagstone top. Corners were squared and sharp coming to a point. Sides of the top were rough and  sharp, Could cut you easily. i complained and had lots of excuses from them.
But I made them correct that for the safety of the grandchildren.
They wanted their money before everything was completed to our satisfaction. More excuses from them , Paid them with the promise they would come back and clean up the mess on the driveway. That was over a week ago and still no clean up. But they got their final payment and I will never hire them or advise anyone else to. Final finish to this story .They left their big trailer at my curb in the street. Police came and they were in code violation of parking a trailer for over 8 hours. Police thought it was our trailer!
Amazing that the trailer was moved within 30 minutes from our curbside once police contacted the owner.. 

E-mails and phone calls following up on the salesman's visit have not drawn any responses.

The contractor completed the work when promised but destroyed the landscaping at the home next door when constructing the stone wall.  Despite several promises to restore the landscaping, the contractor did not perform the work, forcing the adjacent homeowner to front the expense (which was significant) himself.  The other property owner ended up having to sue the contractor to recover payment for the damage to his property.  This is not a reputable contractor and I do not recommend.
