Stone Creek Showers

The service quality was very good but the way they coordinated things was inefficient. They only worked 2 or 3 days a week on my project. We were told 2-3 weeks but it actually took 6. We ended up terminating the remaining work with the company due to these issues.

We replaced everything except the flooring and tub. The professionalism and responsiveness were beyond our expectations and the result is beautiful. A great experience!

New shower and tub, and floor tiled. A closet and another half-bath were also tiled. Great customer service. Any question or concern we had was quickly resolved. The technicians were very helpful, explaining everything they were doing and why. They are a bit pricey, but the workmanship is outstanding. Their glass supplier is running behind, so our shower wasn't finished for 2 1/2 weeks after the rest of the work was done. But Thanksgiving and an ice storm probably contributed to the longer than normal delay. We'll use them again when it's in the budget for the other bathrooms to be upgraded. Terrific experience.

Very easy to work with, from the initial meeting to selection of materials, actual construction through final claen up. We had a great experience with this company. On time and on budget.

Excellent project. Stonecreek performed exactly as you would want a contractor to: they did exactly what they contracted to do, at the price they contracted to and in the timeframe they advised us it would take. Helpful insight was provided all the way through the project but certainly not over-bearing - just enough to help us avoid common pitfalls. The project started exactly when they said it would and maybe more importantly, was completed within the timeframe they estimated it would take. Upfront they advised us the steps in the project and it played out pretty much exactly as they explained. During the project, the crew was respectful of our home and took care to cause as little disruption as possible. Workmanship is top notch and they use quality products to deliver a finished product that is excellent. We have used many contractors for many things over the years and this was one of, if not the best experience we've had. I would highly recommend them for bathroom remodelling needs.

I am so happy with Stone Creek Showers that I joined Angie's list just to recommend them. I've had issues with other remodeling companies in the past, before finding Angie's list, and after finding a good one, I want to pass it along. The sales/project managers were very patient with me, as I'm a little untrusting, and kind of grilled them on some details. They calmed my fears, and accurately set my expectations. Then, the crew was very conscientious, and fast! They laid down protective cloths to keep from tracking dirt through the house, and cleaned up each day after they were done. Everything didn't go perfectly, as I had chosen white marble, with dark grey grout. The difference in color left a slight stain on the marble. They made me aware of that before putting it all in, but I didn't quite understand. After they put it in, I wasn't happy with it when I saw it. The tile setter then spent extra hours cleaning the stain off the marble, (with some special crystalized acid) and did so cheerfully, without even charging me more. He even left me some extra cleaner, in case I needed it in the future. This is where they really proved their value to me. There are often issues with a remodel, and how someone deals with those issues is what defines them. The communication was always prompt, and friendly. The end product is exactly what I was looking for.

This is an extremely courteous group and their work is impeccable. I would refer this company and they were a wonderful group to work with. Overall they were pretty incredible and I will use them again in the future.
