He has been with us for a long time. We own a business in Ft. Worth and its 30,000 sq. ft. building and with air conditioning units on the top. We got hit by the tornado and he came out there, of course the units were history, but he's been with us for at least 20 years. He comes out every month and changes out our filters because my husband refuses to get in the attic. He is wonderful with the air conditioning and heating. He is a retired military man and he is honest as honest can be. I had somebody local come out and tell me something was going on with one of our Trane units and they are big. They said many things and it was going to be $425 or something. So I called Travis and told that it needed a little bit of work and charged me $80. So the other people were totally lying. He is not one to take advantage of people. He has told me some stories about some customers that, if the insurance is going to pay for it, they'll try to rip the insurance companies off and he does not want any part of that. He will walk away from it because some people said the hail storm ruined my air conditioning unit so Travis, why don't you give me a new $7000 air conditioning unit and he said no, the hail storm didn?t do anything to the unit.
