She did an ok job on the demolition, but clearly was in over her head on the framing and subfloor re-install. Also, a week later I caught her in my house in the middle of the night stealing tools from me. We called the police and had her arrested. She has two prior convictions for burglary and a drug possession conviction on her record as well. I would never recommend her to anyone, not even my worst enemy.

We wanted to get our windows and doors caulked and weatherstripped, in an effort to reduce electricity costs and the very noticable cold draft we were feeling in the house, especially around a bathroom window. Ms. O'Bryant was very punctual and professional, completing the project as expected and ahead of schedule. Her rates are reasonable and we were pleased with the job when completed - and there is no longer a draft!

It was really old and high up and I couldn t get to it. I was looking for someone who had a latter that was tall enough. It was a last minute deal so I just started calling people who were in my zip code on Angie s List. She came out quick. It was a job I could have done if I had the latter and it was a pretty simple deal. She did a good job and I was real happy with her service.
