Phone Service - Cellular
I spent more than I anticipated. Its amazing. You go in expecting to pay one thing and walk out with something else. For experience, I'd give them an A. They did a good job over there. I only waited about 5 minutes so their punctuality is an A. I go in the morning on a weekday and most people are not able to do that.

Phone Service - Cellular
The new phone had one problem with the keyboard, and I went to the repair service store. Warranty service was free. They were polite and knowledgeable. The wait was only a few minutes. They adjusted the screen and everything works fine again. My only complaint is that the phone has a camera, but no flash. I talked to the people at Sprint and they had so much trouble with the flashes that none of the new phones have a flash. I have a regular digital camera, but sometimes it is just handy to have that cell phone camera. How easily we get attached to new things.
