cell phone service
 + -1 moreI spent more than I anticipated. Its amazing. You go in expecting to pay one thing and walk out with something else. For experience, I'd give them an A. They did a good job over there. I only waited about 5 minutes so their punctuality is an A. I go in the morning on a weekday and most people are not able to do that.
Description of Work: For my cell phone, I use Sprint. The last time I went to the Sprint store, I bought a new phone for my daughter-in-law.

cell phone service
 + -1 moreThe new phone had one problem with the keyboard, and I went to the repair service store. Warranty service was free. They were polite and knowledgeable. The wait was only a few minutes. They adjusted the screen and everything works fine again. My only complaint is that the phone has a camera, but no flash. I talked to the people at Sprint and they had so much trouble with the flashes that none of the new phones have a flash. I have a regular digital camera, but sometimes it is just handy to have that cell phone camera. How easily we get attached to new things.
Description of Work: Sprint has an excellent cell phone service that we have used for years. My last phone was due for replacement and I decided to upgrade to the new Instinct. I love the phone. It has taken a little to get used to because it has so much more than the phones I have used before. I love the touch screen, the GPS navigation system, and that you can back up your phone numbers to the web. So the next time a phone is lost or stolen, I don't have to put all of my numbers in one by one. I can receive my e-mail on the phone and that has been helpful.
