Kevin was our sales rep and he was very helpful. He helped us take advantage of unadvertised specials, made sure that we received our employee discounts that are offered by sprint to employees of large corporations (saves us 23% a month). He also offered to waive our activation fees if we bought that day (we did and I took our first bill in and he credited our account without any hassles). Great buying experience! I gave them a and quot;band quot; for punctuality since we had to wait 30 minutes to speak with a sales rep. Price is a and quot;band quot; since we got equipment at typical 2 yr commitment prices for 1 Galaxy IIIs and 1 iPhone 5.
All in all, if you're unhappy with one of the other major carriers, Sprint is a good option. If you're just looking to change, please note, its my expereince that Sprint's network (4G and 3G) is not up to par with Atand t but Sprint does treat you better.

I chose them because my husband had Sprint so we got a good deal by bundling our plans. It has been great. It is a good service.
