The owner comes out and does our place. We have had wonderful experiences. We have used them for 15 or 20 years. They are always within 5 minutes of our appointment time. Supporting small business is important and you still get a good level of service. Make one phone call and the problem is resolved.

They keep the bugs at bay. They are a family-owned business, and they only advertise in the local newsletter that gets put out. They are honest and dependable. If I see any bugs or problems in-between the time of the next service, I call them and someone comes out at no charge. I have a rental house that I use them at too, and the renters had noticed there were wasps flying around, which was odd because it was in September/October, so I had them go back out there and respray.

They come every three months and spray for bugs. They will come out in between times if I see any bugs

I have used SPC for 9 months now on their quarterly service and am pleased with their work. This is a family owned business so you talk with live, local people. They are accomodating and fairly priced. If problems persist, they will come back again to resolve the problem. The staff is courteous and Mike (the owner) is very professionial. They are not pushy with contracts and do not try to sell you programs you do not need.

They were came at our convenience and the guy(I believe he might have been the owner) that came out was very nice. They said that they would return and respray if the problem persisted. We have used them in the past for other pest problems so we were familiar with them.

MIKE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS WORK AND IS VERY CAREFUL ABOUT HOW HE APPLIES THE PESTICIDE.
