Ned was a pleasure to work with.  He was always extremely prompt as were his subs.  He explained his process thoroughly and kept us informed in every phase of the work.  He was honest in his opinions and gave us insight as to what potential problems might present themselves, though none really did.
After selecting counter tops and tile which he was helpful in, his work was basically 2 steps: first, remove plumbing fixtures and old counter tops.  Do the flooring.  Next, when the counter tops were ready, they were installed and the plumber replaced the toilet and bidet and installed the new faucets.  Ned was conscientious about using tarps on the carpeted areas and vacuuming after each day of work.
I would highly recommend him in whatever work he was hired for, as he takes pride in his work and it shows in the final results.

Joe and Ned were excellent with prompt communication and follow-up. Were available to shop with us and helped coordinate products. Worked hard and organized their specific crews. Completed projects in a timely and organized way, and stuck to the estimate.

They did a super job! They have a keen eye for detail and were involved in the process from start to finish. They welcomed our input and actually listened to what we had to say! (That's actually unusual in the remodeling industry I understand). Everything was just perfect. They and their workers would accept nothing less. I wish I would've found them before we went w/ the other big-name contractor that destroyed our bathroom. We would use them again and recommend them to anyone.
