SHINING WINDOW CLEANING

Very good. Have used before, will use again.

We had just moved in and the windows had not been cleaned in a long, long time.  Plus they are storm windows which must be taken apart.  Mr. Garcia arrived early and got to work.  He even cleaned the two screen doors which I had not included in my window count to him.  They took their shoes off when they came inside and tidied up after their work. 

They were awesome and I will be using them again this summer!

Everything went extremely well.Mr Garcia was very nice.i did not have to move anything they moved all furniture to have access to the window and worked around all the drapes. I was extremely pleased with the work and will definitely use them again

This is the second time we've used this service. I recomend it highly and without reservation. They are careful, curteous, hard working, and the windows are clean. All for very reasonable rates.

This is the second time I've used Shining. They do a great job on my difficult 3 level home and I will continue to use them. They cover their shoes inside the house and are careful with any furniture that needs to be moved. They showed up a few minutes early.

Excellent work by Mr. Garcia and his coworker. Windows were very dirty. They got them spotless, including a thorough cleaning of all screens. Second story windows were hard to get to...no problem. They managed to get to all of them. Will have them out again when it's time to clean again.

He did an outstanding job, and was fast and thorough. I will definitely be using his services again.

I arranged to have Mr. Refugio Garcia and his crew wash the windows of our home based on previous positive reviews on Angie's List, and now I can add my own enthusiastic review of his work.
We have just moved into an older two-story home, with several large and awkwardly placed windows, which appeared not to have been washed for perhaps 10 years or more.The service provider came immediately after I called him to offer an estimate. His estimate was suprisingly low. He was exceedingly professional, friendly and polite, and able to work me into his schedule within a week's time.
On the day he began washing windows, he discovered that they were even dirtier than we had first thought. He cleaned them inside and out, carefully removing the worst of the dirt with steel wool, he and his assistant washed all the screens, and he even washed several doors with windows that I had not assumed were part of his job estimate. Though the job ended up taking him considerably longer than he had anticipated, he insisted that he could not ask for more in payment than the original price he had quoted for the job. I had all I could do to persuade him to accept even a small added tip for his excellent service.I would recommend him highly, and will certainly seek his services again in coming years.

Did a great job! Came out and gave us an estimate within a day of calling him. He came on time, did a great job for a reasonable price, and cleaned up afterward. Our windows look so nice now!

The experience was very positive. They came when they said they would come. They gave us a very fair quote for the number of windows, screens and French doors in need of cleaning. They did excellent, high quality work quickly and safely. We would definitely use them again for window cleaning.

I was very happy with the work performed. They were prompt, personable, and did a very good job of cleaning 40+ windows in just under 4 hours. In addition, they cleaned and replaced the solar screens that were on the most of the windows and made sure all the tracks and sills were spotless as well. I'll definitely call again when I need service!

Refugio arrived early and did an excellent job. He is very professional and thoroughly cleaned all windows, inside and out. I highly recommend his window cleaning services.

Refugio and the gentleman helping him arrived on time as usual. They worked quickly. they did a great job as always. It is always so nice to have them come and have sparkly clean windows and glass doors. They always do a great job and are so nice and easy to deal with.

They are great, they show up on time, they are clean and careful (they leave their shoes by the door when they are inside the house), they do a great job for less money and I will use them again!!!

Came to our home on the same day as my first call. Gave written estimate. On the day of the work, Refugio and his brother arrived punctually. They systematically cleaned all windows (including razor blading when necessary). The windows have probably never been cleaner in 33 years! Refugio and brother were very pleasant, polite and professional in their attitude and demeanor. The fee was substantially lower than the other bids I obtained. I would happily recommend them to anyone.

A friend told me she had someone great do her windows on her two story home and that she was incredibly impressed with the service she received. I have used other window cleaning services, and while happy with them, was open to trying someone new. Refugio Garcia came out ahead of time to bid the job and not only was I impressed with the price he quoted me but I knew that I'd feel comfortable leaving him in my house unattended when it came time for him to do the job. It took him maybe 2 weeks to find an opening on his schedule but the day he arrived, he was on time and worked quickly and with a smile on his face. All the way around a very positive experience. He's professional and cares and I'll be using him again as well as telling everyone I know what a great job he does.
