Sharp Home Construction

Description of Work: First off Mr Sharp came to our residence to give us an estimate on a patio enlargement and outdoor fireplace. We were never actually given an estimate or contract to sign before services started when Mr. Sharp started he automatically needed 7500 for the fire place, no receipt was provided for this purchase, we waited another few weeks and Mr Sharp said he needed 2500.00 for concrete check was issued no receipt for this was provided, they came the following week and poured concrete we waited about 3 weeks and he came back and started on the actual construction. We met him at home depot and purchased the wood for about 2600.00 after he started the construction he said he need more wood and we had to go and purchase more wood for 1600.00. When he was almost done we were told we need some more tubing for the fireplace 600.00. He is very unorganized and lack business skills. When he finally finished he provided a bill on this bill was listed the 7500.00 and 2500 we had paid for the fireplace and concrete. The bill was not itemized prices were just listed and also on the bill it was not listed as paid. He charge 5000 for his service which is reasonable I assume but this project took over 2 months cigarettes butts were thrown around the yard all the materials were not hauled off. I would not recommend him to any of my friends.

Description of Work: Mr. Sharp prepared and painted my living and family room walls as well as hung five inside doors. He also made alterations to my kichen pantry to accomodate my new refridgerator.

Description of Work: He has installed a microwave, repaired the exhaust on my microwave, he adjusted a sprinkler, and several other things for me.
