About us

Sewing World Inc is a family owned and operated sewing and embriodery machine retail store specializing in sales and service of Brother, Babylock and Janome sewing and embroidery products including companion software for today's modern embroidery machines. Our company was founded in 1967, and maintains a small, highly trained staff of sales associates and skilled factory trained technicians totaling 6 employees. Our service department gives free estimates and one to three day service and in many cases can help with warranty issues on the specific brands we carry.We offer free training on all in house sales of embroidery machines, sewing machines, sergers and many of the software products we sell related to embroidery and computerized quilting machines. Digitizing software training at affordable rates also available in a classroom settting.Our company is a long standing member of the Better Business Bureu with a high customer satisfaction rating as well as a member of the Fort Worth Chamber of commerce. I am a teacher and our district has purchased 6 needle embroidery machines from them. I came into that classroom and had no idea how to use this machine. They set up a time and gave all of us a wonderful tutorial! They are always professional and go above and beyond!

Perfect. Told me what was causing the problem and since it was operator error he didn't charge. I called about purchasing a machine that was backordered. He honored the advertised price even though the sale was over long before the machine came in. I want back and purchased a new sewing machine. Yes I am very satisfied and would highly recommend . I called first to see if they carried it and sure enough they did. I drove to the store to pick it up. they seemed to have everything I could want or need for my sewing needs. I am going to take my Brother sewing/embroidery machine there to have it serviced next.

This dealer knows their BabyLock machines. I have had machines repaired at other dealers and have been disappointed. But my machines are sewing perfectly since bringing them here. I highly recommend this dealer. Will be taking all my machines here for service.

ALL THE STAFF AT SEWING WORLD ARE SO WILLING TO HELP YOU WITH ANY PROBLEM. THEY ARE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE MACHINES AND DO EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO KEEP YOUR MACHINE UP AND RUNNING. THEY ALSO SELL NEW MACHINES AND ARE VERY HELPFUL, NOT PUSHY IN THIS AREA. THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH, QUICK TO FIX PROBLEMS AND ONLY RECOMMEND THE WORK THAT IS NEEDED. THEY HAVE ALSO GIVEN ME HELPFUL ADVISE ON A MACHINE TO PURCHASE.
