The area they fixed around the bathroom was hollowed. The quarter rounds were not joined together. They left in hurry.

Warren and his team did a really quality job. Being new to this they advised us along the way on good options to be cost conscious and finished the job on time and beautifully. We had a shower built and a fireplace tiled from floor to ceiling. I’d add a picture here if I could figure out how. Let me also say that I have used many contractors (for other things) and considered others for this project. In my opinion you won’t go wrong on a tile job with these folks! Well done!

After Sensible Solutions beautiful installation of our kitchen tile backsplash, we hired Warren Salas and crew to demo the tile floor in open concept Living area and install Lifeproof Rigid core luxury vinyl tile. Good price, quick turn around, with good results

Warren's company presented a great bid for a small tile repair job on my shower stall. After the completely tiled shower leaked after an 8 month install, I had my regular plumber install a new shower pan liner. Warren's team re-installed the bottom tiles and mosaic shower floor, and applied extra care and extra waterproofing measures to his work. He and his team member Eduardo were professional, prompt, and courteous. The shower repair turned out GREAT. Highly recommend his services. Thanks Warren.

Mr. Salas was low bidder for project. Other bid was $1,650 for rough plumbing only. They said I must hire my OWN "tile guy" and pay for him, myself. When I showed Mr. Salas the bid, he said, "This should be the bid for the entire job, and they should hire me to do the tile as a subcontractor, and pay me out of their end of the contract." - I asked him if he could do the finish plumbing AND install the tile. "Yep, I can." His bid to complete the job? $1,250, including the drain lines, overflow fittings, tile, grout, concrete backer board, PEX fittings to move the rough valve, setting the finished tub filler valves and spout. Only thing I had to supply were the correct rough valves and trim pieces. Easily purchased on Wayfair Marketplace for less than $400, complete (for an American-made MOEN). Mr. Salas recommended a "subway tile" pattern that staggered the breaks in the tile to disrupt a person's eye from noticing the small imperfections in the sizes of the tiles. He was right. The finished tile appears perfect from all angles. - Mr. Salas is the definition of a "Professional". He knows his skills, knows his materials, knows what to select, and what will perform. The idea that he beat a well-respected plumbing contractor on the total job was a shock! When he told me that their price should have been for the entire contract, not just the "rough plumbing", I was disappointed. They were an "A" rated contractor on another Home Improvement site. Ouch!

We had the tiles already and had them install over 200sf of tile in 3 bathrooms and the laundry room. They did it for a fantastic price and the quality of work was awesome! I'm SUPER picky about work I have done on our house and was SUPER impressed with the end result! I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN when we revamp out bathroom(s) and shower!!

Warren was very responsive. The person doing the tiling was a beginner and the quality was unacceptable. I could have done a better job. I may have to have the work redone if I sell the house. Clean up, inside and outside, could have been better.

Did an impressive job gutting a bathroom in a 90 year old house and retiling floor and walls with tumbled marble tile. Removed bathtub and created a walk in shower. Workmanship of the tile was perfect. Also tiled a kitchen and laundry room floor. The tile guys were extremely helpful in providing ideas on how they would do things as little issues popped up. They were also able to start the job very soon after my request which was much appreciated.

Very professional, open communications, showed up when promised, removed carpeting, helped with large furniture movement out of the way and back in place, and they cleaned up job site without having to say a word to them. Warren and team installed larger ceramic tile in 3 rooms; family, dining and living room. Will contact them again when a tile project arises.
