Russ, owner, designer, master craftsman and installer, handled the project. The upper windows were a challenge since they were angled. From start to finish, Russ was a joy to work with because of his knowledge and expertise and his pleasant disposition was invaluable. He is the best, of his trade. This project took time to figure out and the end result is just fabulous. He installed the most up to date solar reflective shades for energy efficiency, and the shades also lets one still see out to the beautiful lake view. The 6 bottom windows roll up, and the top 6 angled shades rest on the sill and are bottom up. We can roll up the shades for a wonderful view, or put them down when the west sun comes in, and still see thru the mesh type shades, yet it blocks the sun. Russ does the measuring, ordering, and installing himself and his work is unbelievably precision. Carol, his wife is also a joy to work with at the shop.....she handles updates, when the shades are ready, scheduling, etc.......providing excellent customer service. Forgot to mention that he made the shades at his shop and does all his own custom work. I also used him for shutters for the upstairs bedroom, and coverings for the other 2 upstairs bedrooms, which he measured, but ordered out, but he did the installation himself. So, you can also order other window products thru his company. I can't say enough how pleased I have been with this company. They are quick, efficient and just plain expert at what they do. Also, very clean on work site, which is important to me......Highly recommend this company!
