On the day of the event, the company failed to show up. We had reached out to them and they stated that they forgot about the event but would provide us a free event in the future to make up for it. We went ahead and scheduled this free event and the week of the event, we reached out to them multiple times to follow up and yet again, the company failed to deliver. The point of contact even blocked our phone number so we couldn't contact them. We've now had to scramble for two events thanks to the lack of service and responsibility with this company.
