Rubio's Tile

We are in the process of doing a major renovation to our home and have had multiple contractors working on the project. What I can tell you firsthand about Martin Rubio, is that he was the most professional and respectful out of all of them. His company is incredibly busy, to the point that you may have to wait a bit for his services- but despite that fact, 90% of the time he answered his phone, and the other 10% of the time he called back within an hour. Also, he never once answered his ringing phone while talking to us. He visited the job site daily to inspect the work, despite the fact that he was also managing a large job in Sulphur Springs, some 90 miles away.
He always did exactly what he promised to do, and even after we paid him in full, he promptly came back when we asked him if he would tweak a small detail. It is obvious when dealing with Martin that he values both your business and his reputation, and wants to do anything he can to leave you a satisfied customer.

I was very pleased with their service and quality of work. Hired them originally for Kitchen back splash but the price and quality of work was so great that also had them do the fireplace accent. The price included the cost of goods - Glass tiles, grout and liners.
Excellent job will definitely use them for future project - Bath remodel!!!

Very high quality work. They took steps to protect the rest of the house from the tile work. Prompt service and on-time. Hard-working people. They came highly recommended, and I in turn highly recommend them. I like the personal touch - name brand stores just take your money and tell you they'll send someone over, highly impersonal. We intend to use Rubio's Tile for other work later. This company also does wood floors and staircases. In all cases, you pick out your tile at one of several tile places, Rubio's picks it up, and charges the contractor price, not retail. One check at the end.
