It all started well at first, we had an agreement (signed contract) where I loaned some money to start this business which she was supposed to repay with her services for 7 months, 3 cleanings a month. She only came the 3 times a month for couple of months and stuck to twice a month after that. I thought she would extend the cleanings longer than the 7 months to compensate for not coming as agreed. Unfortunately she just took advantage of my kindness. I had to sever our ties and hire someone else more honest.| |I felt she did clean ok until I had someone clean and I couldn't believe the amount of dirt that came out of my house. Many times she didn't call to let me know that she couldn't make it; I had to call her.| |Not sure if that's how she was with her other clients or it was just me but I personally would not recommend to anyone based on my experience.||She is very warm and a good listener but she will take advantage of you.

We tried a couple different companies/people since we decided to hire a cleaning service and Vivian is by far the best. She really goes the extra mile with details I wouldn't even expect. She cleans every room of the house and alternates changing our sheets weekly (upstairs vs downstairs) . My shower and fixtures are spotless, she wipes out my microwave and she even makes my bed! She is very receptive to anything that we want done special or areas that may have been missed. She has been cleaning for us for several months now and I don't think we could ever stand to lose her. We have a very large home (five bed, 3 1/2 bath) and her prices are very competitive. She also provides all her own cleaning products and equipment. 
One particular time she was here, my daughter was really sick with a flu. She actually drove to the local pharmacy to pick up 7-up and children's Tylenol for me! I work from home as well and she is very respectful of that and I enjoy having her here once a week!
