They removed them and were very responsive. The quality was very good; top of the line. They came back and fogged underneath the house for the flies that came due to the dead mice.

Overall, positive. My only frustration occurred at the beginning, he came to check for termites, when he found them, I told him we wanted him to treat. He scheduled us for the following Monday. Between his inspection and Monday, I did independent research and realized he needed to give us written treatment plan, warranty info., chemical info. Map showing where he planned to treat. I was upset he did not do this proactively, but that I had to ask for it. To his credit, he picked up on my frustration and came on Saturday to perform the written work at the house.
