They came on time, and were quick with the work, and did a good job. Price was reasonable.

Gonzalo answered my request quickly, went beyond the call, and showed up four days early. Can't recommend him enough.

A pipe was broken and the contractor never told us and now the concrete inside the garage is completely cracked. I would not recommend using him.

Once the initially estimate was complete and plans were understood as far as expectations. Gonzalo's team was very efficient, he explained the process and schedule expectation. They were professional and courteous and completed as scheduled. Very happy with the outcome of a driveway extension.

My AC pad is crap, he said he would cut around it, he did with a debris hammer, not a concrete saw, now I must figure a way to repair the pad and level it $$. The topsoil has a more stone in it than I liked but can re-purpose the river stone in the fill, (I must plant grass in it, he offered sand at job bid then said he would bring in good soil) Overall with the body of work I am satisfied, He had 3 minor mishaps with the siding and gutters, I would be ok with it except the AC pad is a major goof. he made an argument of how he did his best with it ... but I will be living with his goof, $$.

Gonzolo does very good work. I got the work I wanted done at a very good price. He is an honest man and answered my questions. I will hire him again for other work.

Mr. Rosas crew was great. The worked around the existing sprinkler system, and even moved one head for the Patio addition, beside the driveway that they poured. Mr Rosas has so much attention to detail. Very pleased with the work.

Was very satisfied with the quality of the work Rosa's did, price was fair as well. My only complaint is that they dumped their excess concrete on my property and now I am left to clean it up. I thought that was unprofessional.

On time, easy to work with, estimate was fair compared to others. Great attitude by owner. communicated well with me. after my price was quoted they added a small pad for me behind a shed at no cost. Showed up when they said. I had input throughout. A few changes at last minute didn't bother them. I will always use them for my concrete needs. I am particular about work others do for me because I do almost all my own work.

Mr. Rosas showed up when he promised and delivered on time and at the cost he estimated. Was patient with my questions, spent the time to explain to me what he was doing, the problems he found and what he would do to correct them. Roasas concrete beat the other estimates in terms of cost. They were prompt, keep me informed with when they were coming, etc., and did a great job. They actually did a bit more than I contracted for by filling in the hole with the fill dirt I had on hand. I'd use them again. Granted, I'm not a concrete pro so I'm easy to impress, but these guys do good work and are good to work with. Thanks.
