Shopping for a mattress with these people was easy, and for the most part painless. The best part of the experience, however, was when my mother informed the salesperson that we needed as small a window as possible for delivery since my father was needing the mattress upon return home from the hospital. With sufficient advance time, they delivered it in a two-hour window, which was greatly appreciated. Also, the name-brand product is excellent and arrived clean and covered. The delivery folks also took out the old mattress set. Rooms to Go sells real box springs instead of plywood foundations with their mattresses. They also feature a low-profile box spring, which we purchased since my parents are a little old to be crawling into bed. We were impressed with their service and their frankness about delivery information. We'd reccommend them to our friends easily.
