.Our experience was extremely poor. Unfortunately we choose them because they did work for so many people in our neighborhood after a major hail storm. They damaged one of the trees in front of the house by cutting off branches without asking us about it. They cut branches off the tree so their guys could work more easily to an area they didn't even need access to. They scratched up two brand new air conditioning units in the back of the house we had just installed because they stacked all their stuff on it. We ended up having to fight with them to get them to fix that. They did a fair amount of damage around the house. For all I know the roof is good, but they did so much damage to our house while they were putting the roof on. I would never recommend them to anybody. We had to fight them tooth and nail to get them to fix this stuff. The biggest problem was what they wanted to do when they realized we wanted this stuff fixed. They wanted to just up the amount they were asking from our insurance company so basically we would be paying for the mistakes they made.
