Rollins Fence and Exteriors

I got a referral from a neighbor. The fence was delivered on time and it met all my expectations and more. Every time I communicated with Eddie, I ALWAYS got an immediate response. I would definitely recommend this company.

We gave Mr Rollins 7,125 dollars, a 50% deposit for a cedar fence 3/4/2022. Mr Rollins cashed our check that day. Later Mr Rollins kept changing the start dates (3 times) for the project for various reasons. We finally asked him for a refund. He said he would but would keep 20% of the money and not give it back for 30 days. We told Mr Rollins he violated the contract by not starting on the dates promised. He acknowledged that the clause allowing him to change the dates was not in the contract and agreed to refund our money. Mr Rollins Has still not returned our money, our $7125dollars which he has kept since 3/4/2022. He cannot be trusted- every time he stated or responded by text or email -nothing took place. BUYER BEWARE!

We had a very good experience with Rollins Fence Company. There were a couple of minor issues with the finished fence. The owner came out and made them perfect. I do recommend this company.

I have Several leaning posts, and Eddie agreed to fix them. Now he will not answer my text. Do not hire this guy. $16,000 fence, and he will not fix what he said he would.

I hope you find some of my opinions regarding my experience with Rollins Fence Company helpful. 1. Eddie Rollins is 100% committed to his customer's satisfaction and having a positive experience with the process. 2. Eddie and the teams he sends to jobsites maintain great communication with the customer throughout the entire process. 3. The team had an issue while digging a hole for a fence post. They broke a sprinkler line and we're prompt to repair it. They kept me updated on the repair. I figured this is something that comes with the territory. They had no idea that when the house was built, the fence installers placed the fence pole right next to a sprinkler line. 4. The team installing the fence was friendly, courteous, and professional.

I opened Home Advisor, read the reviews, and contacted three suppliers for quotes. Eddie Rollins was the first to contact me. Of the three, he was the most professional, prepared, courteous and friendly. He came to the house, promptly. I shared what I wanted, he provided me with the options available, from high to low, with both pros and cons, and without a hard sell. I had no concerns making the deal, replacing 200 feet of 21 year old fence and two gates. His 3-man crew was top notch. They had the chance to start two days before schedule, showed up at 7:00 am, and started working. They had my old fence down before I left for work. When I got home, all the poles were up and they were nearly complete installing the pickets. The lead man gave me a walk around to make sure I was pleased with the work. He was very friendly, sincere, and informative. It was fantastic! The fence was uniform, the lines were straight, it was beautiful, and the gates worked better than the previous ones. They were finishing cleaning up as my wife and I left for dinner. Eddie came by the next day and we concluded our business. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience, and highly recommend Rollins Fence Company!

Rollins was not my cheapest bid out of three but the quality of work and customer service was worth the difference..

We love our fence. Our little house just got a big upgrade. The price was very competitive and better yet, I didn t try to install the fence and electric gate myself. Therefore, I am happy and uninjured!

They were very easy to work with and the price was reasonable. They did it in one day and I would recommend them to anyone.

Eddie Rollins promises way more than he can deliver, and my experience was that he quotes lower than what he is willing to actually do the work for and then bumps up the price once the work is completed. Also a team was to build the fence, yet only 1 guy showed up, then a 2nd guy came some time later. The job was supposed to be completed in 3-4 hours all in one day, but the guy(s) only tore down the fence the first day and did not have all the materials they needed to build the fence. They left the job that day without communicating to me that they had left, nor that they had not finished. It was a chore getting anyone back out to finish the job. Then only 1 guy showed up to finish it, not a team and they left without completing the entire job and did one section differently than was agreed to. It was an even bigger chore getting them out to finish the remainder of what they had not done in the first 2 days they worked. After weeks of trying to get in contact with Eddie, he finally scheduled a date to once and for all complete the work, but once again, they/he was a no show. It was yet another 2 weeks before Eddie finally showed up to finish the job. So it literally took weeks and weeks to get what was quoted as a 1 day job (3-4 hr) job completed. Then Eddie wanted to argue about how he had measured the fence needed, and quoted the work, etc. I heard excuses from all our trucks are broken down, to I need to take care of kids, to we are booked solid, to the weather is an issue, etc. The end product was a good fence, but it was way too much of a hassle to deal with them and they were completely unreliable.

Quick and efficient!

Great job done by Eddie and his crew. There were some challenges with the timely delivery of special ordered building materials from Eddieâ s supplier, but Eddie kept me updated with status, always returning my txts in a timely manner. The workmanship was excellent and minor tweaks were acknowledged and resolved. It was great doing business with Rollins Fence Company.

Firstly Rollins fencing’s quote was 27% less than the other competitors (2) which was a significant savings. Secondly Eddies crew showed up at the crack of dawn and began work immediately. Love that kind of effort! Lastly the fence looks great. Straight and level giving us the privacy we were looking for. Definitely would hire Rollins fencing again.

I like that Eddie was in constant communication. I had a septic above ground that his crew had to rework and did this with no extra charge, which i appreached :) Also i got 2 quotes and he was very timely with his , another reason i went with Rollins Fence
