Robin Abel and Associates

I have been dealing with this company since 2009. Initially gave them half the money for the project and they never came back to finish the job. Over the past 2 years, I?ve been trying to retrieve it, but have not been successful. I have sued both of them individually in small claims and they still refuse to pay. In case you aren?t familiar with the process, here is what I?ve had to do: filed a claim with small claims court, then they are served order, and a court date is set. He didn?t show and I won by default. I then filed for a RIT of execution allowing the constable to collect on my behalf over the course of 3 months. At that point I still had not received the money and decided to sue his business partner. Unfortunately, I had the same results with her. I again filed for a RIT of execution 2 weeks ago and have received nothing. They have been spiteful and we have mutual friends, so this has become a big mess. I?m out $1600-1700 plus court fees totaling about $200. I can file a lean on their home, but they?re con-artist so I?m not sure I?d get anywhere.
