WE HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR HIM TO TAKE 3 PIECES OF FURNITURE TO REUPHOLSTER AND WHEN HE FAILED TO ARRIVE AT THE APPOINTED TIME, I CALLED AND LEFT HIM A MESSAGE, REMINDING HIM OF THE APPOINTMENT. I'VE REMINDED HIM REPEATEDLY OF TIME CONSTRAINTS OF PICKING UP THE FURNITURE AS HARDWOOD FLOOR REFINISHERS ARE COMING IN 3 DAYS TIME, YET THE FURNITURE AND FABRIC REMAIN TO BE PICKED UP. DISAPPOINTING. I NOW HAVE TO HUSTLE TO FIND ANOTHER REUPHOLSTERER THAT CAN REMOVE THE 3 PIECES WITHIN 3 DAYS, AT A REASONABLE PRICE.
