REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY NICE, PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. HE COMPLETED THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER AND EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHY WE WERE HAVING THIS PROBLEM.
