camcorder repair
+ -1 moreVERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE TECHNICIAN. NOW THE $700.00 CAMERA I HAD IS NOT WORKING AND THE EXTENDED WARRANTY I PURCHASED IS USELESS. VERY UNHAPPY.
Description of Work: I TOOK MY DIGITAL CAMCORDER TO THEM BECAUSE WE PURCHASED THE CAMERA THERE AS WELL AS THE EXTENDED SERVICE WARRANTY. THE WARRANTY WAS SET TO EXPIRE 1 MONTH AWAY FROM THE DATE I TOOK IT IN. THE TECHNICIAN TOOK THE CAMERA, NEVER SENT IT IN, THEN CALLED ME TO INFORM ME THAT THE WARRANTY WAS EXPIRED BY 2 DAYS. HE NEVER BOTHERED TO SEND THE CAMERA IN. HE STATED THAT "THEY PROBABLY WOULDN'T HAVE COVERED IT ANYWAY."
