They looked at everything immediately gave me idea of what price on simple repairs would be, a date they would call with rest of estimates. Called on the date specified. Put batteries in 4 watches , one old old Fossil of hubby was not worth repair. That was a Friday & I picked them all up Monday. The total price included fixing a set of earrings, 2 necklaces , 4 watches and super cleaning all.

They quoted me a price and a time that the work would be completed. All was as described.

i went in to get the back of my watch put back on.  I had gone to Radio Shack and purchased a new battery.  But the salesman could not get the back on.  I was helped immediately upon entering the Ridglea store.  Whilst the jeweler had my watch the associate cleaned my diamond rings for nothing.  The jeweler did not charge me to replace the back of the watch.  I will definitely go back!

I brought in 6 pieces of jewelry. Two had leather straps that needed repair, the other four were silver chains that needed soldering. The girl at the counter wasn't sure what the the two leather pieces needed, so she took them back with her to show them to the jewelers. She brought them back repaired, and I was not charged. I was really pleasantly surprised.I left the remaining four pieces of silver chain to be soldered. The estimate for $20.00 per piece and a delivery date in 5 days. When I returned to pick up my jewelry, I found that they had repaired two chains for free. They said they didn't need soldering, just very minor repair. So, I ended up getting 6 pieces of jewelry repaired for the price of two. I really appreciated the great customer service and that they didn't charge me for something they considered trivial. I will definitely be going back to Ridglea Watch & Repair!
