We got their name through a friend. The experience was very good. They were very nice, they were quick, and they even tried to fix a stain that we had on the carpet. It was a red stain and they spent a lot of time trying to get it out, and we appreciated that.

These people were excellent.  After a bad experience with Get Clean, I called Angie's List to get other carpet cleaner and this is the one I called.  They said they have 35 years of experience and they have a multitude of repeat customers.  Now I can see why they have many repeat customers.  Because Get Clean refused to do my job after completely discussing all involved including the pets and stains, and I was on a time constraint, I was afraid I would not be able to get it cleaned today because Get Clean wasted my time after my scheduling the cleaning job.  When I called Rick Gatlin, the lady was professional and courteous.  She immediately got on the phone to try to get me some help ASAP.  She said she would call me back and let me know what they could do.  She called me back within only about 15 minutes or less  and told me she had a team that could come out today about 3:30 p.m.  I was amazed that they were able to help me out in a crisis.  I waited for them to come and I got a call from her telling me they would be able to come earlier than she expected.  The men were pleasant, I showed them how they could simply come in through the garage and in my back door to get to my bedroom to do the work.  I had already moved everything before the guy from Get Clean got here around 12:45 and then refused to do the job with one excuse after the other.  Rick Gatlin's people came in, got the hose in the bedroom through the same path as I told Shane at Get Clean to use, spot checked the carpet (included with the price was pet spot cleaning and deodorizing -- unlike Get Clean who wanted to charge me an extra $47.50 on top of the cleaning. They also moved the few boxes I had in the hallway into the bathroom off the hallway and which Get Clean refused to move.   Gatlin cleaners got to work and got the entire thing done within an hour.  It is spotless and NO pet stains or contractor tracking stains from my house repair--they were fantastic.  Shane at Get Clean claimed the bedroom was too dirty and would not be able to guarantee his work or get the stains out.  Well, all I can say is I am glad I went with Rick Gatlin because they did a fantastic job, got it done, accommodated my crisis and worked me in,   They were absolutely wonderful and I will call them every time I need my carpet cleaned at least once a year or more.  Thanks you guys from Rick Gatlin.  You saved me and now I am able to have my repair contractors continue on my duct cleaning tomorrow.  I found out that Rick Gatlin does duct cleaning, too, and will use them every time I have a service they can do for me.  Great job!!!!!! :-)

It was great. I would recommend that lady and her company to anybody. She came in here and replaced the tiles in the floor through the insurance company. We had to pay the deductible of course and she worked with us on that to minimize the amount of out of pocket expenses. She put in a beautiful floor in both bathrooms, all the way through the halls and the living room and the kitchen. All of that flooring was replaced and it was perfect. There was one area in one of the bathrooms that we had an issue with, but I called her and she came back out and pulled out the floor and put a brand new one down correctly. She was $3,000 under the other bidder we had.

They were great. They did a very good job. We have an older dog that has problems and he was able to take care of the stains.

RICK AND HIS HELPER WERE ON TIME. THEY WERE SENSITIVE TO THE FACT THAT THERE WERE SEVERAL SCARED PETS IN THE HOUSE. THEY WERE VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND MY CARPET LOOKED NEW WHEN THEY LEFT.
