RICH WAS COURTEOUS, PROMPT, TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN HIS WORK, DROVE ME TO THE TILE STORE AND PASSED HIS CONTRACTOR'S SAVINGS ON TO ME, SAVING A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF MONEY. HE CALLED EACH EVENING EXPLAINING THE WORK HE HAD DONE THAT DAY AND WHAT WOULD OCCUR THE FOLLOWING DAY. HE IS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE, POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL.
