Sergio Reyes was AMAZING! He and his helper went above and beyond what we originally discussed. My floors look like new. I cannot say enough good things about him and his focus on details, and professionalism!

Sergio was very thorough and was able to point-fix 2 split planks in my floors. I'd definitely recommend.

My experience in this place was a big surprise because of the manager Jeffrey. What a great service he provides, and the way he treats customers is magnigicent. He is gold and I hope Wendy's value an employee like him. I wish every place I go, I would find people like him and the world would be a lot better. Two things that I would like to ask the owner of this franchise is please treat Jeffrey very good and the other is please get rid of the carpet in the dining area. God bless you everybody.

Sergio and his crew have been fantastic about working with me and making sure everything in the guest bathroom looks just right, including fixing some janky studs that the previous owner and remodeler had just tried to cover up. They work quickly and have been really respectful of my time and my house.

Reyes custom floors did an amazing job installing our wood floor tiles! We had a contractor not show up 3 days in a row. I contacted Sergio, he came out that afternoon and started the next day. I was very impressed with their work! I plan on using them again on our next flooring project!

The owner Sergio Reyes contacted me within minutes of me submitting a request to receive a quote. It was late at night, but he took the time to highlight the important aspects of replacing our flooring and set up an appointment. We were replacing 2,000 square feet of tile and carpet with wood look tile. He suggested quality tile suppliers, and provided insight into their installation process - one that would minimize dust and ensure tight tolerances for the rectified tile that we wanted. We selected him and he did everything he promised and more. Sergio and his team did a fantastic job. We love the floors. Did I say we love the floors? My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Sergio and his team.

Andy, Sergio, and his crew were outstanding and very professional in their work in our home. We had purchased some very expensive wood flooring to be installed. So I really had to be sure I hired the right people for the work. I was referred to them via a realtor friend of mine. Who also gave them excellent ratings. They gave me a very fair price on the work to be done. Their estimate of completion time was right on target. They arrived when they said they were going to. And their work was nothing short of perfect. They cleaned up their mess afterwards and my wife and I are thoroughly satisfied with our new floor !!! We Own a custom new build home and it really increases the beauty of our home, as well as the appraised value. Once again their attention to detail was immaculate. We will l refer them to all my friends and family and will definitely use them again in the future.

Sergio and his crew were great. I would highly recommend the dustless tile removal. They do very quality work and I would hire them again.

These guys were very professional. Came by gave me an estimate, showed up on time on the promised day, and had the full shop on wheels with them. They were at my house for about eight hours counting lunch, and when they left I had two rooms of gorgeous flooring. They moved the furniture and cleaned up so well, the only thing we had to do was sit down afterward.

Amazing work! Amazing Customer Service! Wait til you see his truck! A complete shop on wheels. Very professional, very talented and VERY reasonable cost!! Cannot say enough good things about Sergio and his crew. They had to fix the disaster created by someone who did not know what he was doing on my backsplash. Sergio said he had seen worse and could make it right! The next morning they were in my kitchen, covering EVERYTHING to keep it clean, laid down floor pads and went to work! 9 hours later, I had a gorgeous new backsplash that was done even better than I had imagined it would look! Professional, exceptional work! If you need ANY work done - call them first, last and only!!! You will not regret it.

If I had floors that needed to go in every week I'd hire Sergio and his crew everytime. Upfront guy that does the job right. He goes above and beyond and does the little things that makes the finished job POP!!

Left a little bit of a mess on floors and wall's in area that weren't tiled.

Andy and Sergio gave us a fair estimate and stuck to the price. We had a wood laminate floor that had been waxed (don't ask) and had many scratches on the surface. The work to remove the build up from the floor was very labor intensive. Sergio and his crew were able to complete the job in one day leaving us with a floor that looked like new. He also recommended the right products to use on our floor to keep it looking great. Really appreciate the fine work and the professionalism.

Sergio Reyes, responded very quickly (same afternoon) to our issue. He diagnosed the problem, toilet leak that caused wood floor to buckle. Recommended a good solution. Picked up the materials that evening. Did the work the following day!! Excellent job, from start to finish! Very fair price, for the work done. Highly recommend him, and his work partner Mike.
