He gave me his cell phone number and told me to give him a call anytime. He was very polite, respectful and friendly. He answered any question I had and thoroughly explained every detail of the process. He showed me all the different options that were available in the roofing supplies. He was always on time and worked around my schedule. He explained all the paperwork and what was going on every step of the way. The job was done very fast and very well. He made a point to make a follow-up visit to make sure we were happy and inspect the roof again himself. I recommend Retro Roofing to anyone in the DFW area.
Description of Work: Retro roofing came out and inspected the roof to see what damage it had. They measured and made a list of what supplies would be needed. They showed me several options on the products used. They gave me a quote based on all the information we spoke about. They set up a good time to come out and do the work. They replace my entire roof and all the fixtures that needed replacing. They did a thorough cleanup and inspection of the roof and surrounding area with me. They went over all the paperwork and warranty information with me.

+ -1 moreHe was great and he gave me a price and ended up adding high powered vents to my roof. He scheduled a time, they showed up on time and were done within a day and cleaned up after themselves.
Description of Work: We had substantial hail damage to the roof and needed replaced. This guy was competitive in price so I didn't even get 3 bids, I just went with Roger.

They went right to work, the crew was very courteous, professional and efficient. The roof was completed at 1:45 pm. My yard was cleaned up thoroughly.
