I found this to be a very good company to work with for my home alarm system and monitoring. I found out about them through a family member and am so glad I did. I was tired of paying a lot of money for my monitoring. Plus, I had some issues that needed to be resolved with my hardware. My existing monitoring company was going to charge me $75 per hour to fix them - and no telling how long it was going to take. So it was the perfect time to try a less expensive service. I was very pleased to discover that less expensive did not mean less knowledgeable. Communication with Darryl was easy. He was prompt, professional and friendly. It turns out, that the people who last set up my alarm did a very shoddy job. I could see this once Darryl (the owner and chief technical guy) pointed out some obvious issues in the control box. Unfortunately, I think that is what you get from a poorly paid technician like many of these companies seem to send out. Due to moving and one thing and another I have used about 4 different monitoring companies in my life. I would definitely give this company a call to make sure your current system is set up correctly and monitored for the lowest price ( that I could find in a local company). (Note: I was not even considering internet monitoring companies. I like to have somebody nearby to call if there is a problem).
