Regency Quality Construction

Overall the project went okay.  Sometimes the communication was a little slow or lacking and I kind of had to stay on them to get updates on the status of the project, this was especially true in the beginning when the project manager didn't have any understanding of the design I wanted and did not frame the shower correctly.  Fortunately I noticed it that evening and it got correct the next day .  The workers were pretty professional overall and kept the house reasonably clean.  I was and still am a little bit unsatisfied with the tile work, one area in particular was very crooked and I had to request it be redone (which it was) and the grout job overall could have been a lot smoother.  Often times the subcontractors seemed to lack an understanding of the overall scope of the job and often times I would have to ask who's going to do this, that, etc and there were a few times that the project lagged because of material delays or workers assigned to other projects.   In the end it all got taken care of and the end result is nice but I wish there had been a little bit better planning and communication.

They came out and got it all finished in a very timely manner. They were very proffessional and kept us informed on how the process would go so we were never guessing what was being done. We had absolutely no problems and would use them again.

Their quality of work stands out.  I plan on using them in the future.

I was very satisfied with the work.  However, the supervisor, Jim Watson and his crew who worked for Regency at that time, and also did the work on my home, no longer work for the company.  I would not recommend Regency under it's current Managent.

The score I gave above is based on Mr. Watson and his crew's work.  They were professional, reasonably priced and kept their word as to when the job was started and finished.  I have recommed them to friends without hesitation.

Fine.  But some of their solutions (installing wire runs in wall for flat screen TV were just so-so.  Remember this was four years ago.  But reasonable pricing offset some of problems.

The owner was there and oversaw the whole project. They didn't interfere with my sprinkler irrigation system. They came back and made sure everything was working properly. They did a good job and were very responsive. I have recommended them to others for home work. They don't perform unnecessary work. I have never worked with a company as professional and courteous as they are. If there's anything I can't do, they will have someone skilled in that trade who can do it for me.

Quality of the work was good and performed as specified. They failed to repair 1 section that was included in the specs but quickly took care of that once it was pointed out. Overall pleased

They did such a great job with their work. They cleaned up every bit of mess that they made. Their were no problems at all and I would definitely use them again.

I was really happy with the quality of their work. The cost is good, the quality of work is good. They were also very timely.
