Appliance Repair
Both of my refrigerators are back doing what they were doing. One of the parts wasn't covered so I had to pay for it. They had to come back out and now it is doing it again. The freezer is leaking from the bottom into the refrigerator. I have a bowl setting in there and it is turning into ice. The service call was $45 and then I had to pay for a part. I really liked the guy that came out. He was really good. His wife works for him and does all his scheduling. She is really nice. He seemed to be real thorough and I didn't have any problems with him at all. What he did that was covered by Angie's List was good but what was not covered is what is causing me problems. My issue was not resolved but it was not his fault. They were having a new phone system installed at the time I was contacting them.
