Randy Ball Pool Service was hired to service our pool. After six months of having to do our own cleaning after the service tech left and leaving messages about our concerns, we sent a letter asking for credit for 2 mustard algae treatments and asked them to clean the black algae at their expense. Mr. Ball called and was argumentative. He said he didn't want to talk about history and was tempted to quit servicing the pool since we didn't have a contract. I told him we no longer wanted them to service our pool. Mr. Ball has no concept of customer service and his pool service technician did a terrible job.
