RANDOLPH PIANO SERVICE

Mr Randolph is a true professional. He arrived early (but called first to verify that was alright) and got right to work. He is extremely knowledgeable about his job and able to work quickly and efficiently. He replaced a pad on a hammer for no charge and only charged me for the 1/2 hour minimum service call despite being at my home a while longer than that. He was very patient with my children who wanted to watch him work and I enjoyed some good conversation with him. I appreciated that he let me know that for my particular piano there was really no need to have it tuned again for the next several years. It would have been simple for him to suggest more frequent tunings to try to make more money, but he chose to be honest about the needs of my instrument. I had mentioned in conversation that we are considering replacing the piano with a newer one and he took the time to recommend a good book to use as a resource in learning how to be an informed piano shopper. All in all, I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and would recommend him to anyone.

Mr. Randolph arrived as scheduled and got straight to work.  He was very friendly and polite.  He seemed extremely knowledgeable. My piano was badly out of tune (more than 20 years since last tuning) and within a couple of hours he got it sounding great!  He also provided advice for keeping it in tune and alerted me to future potential problems.  I will certainly use Mr. Randolph's services again!

He came in, tuned the piano with his machine, and then played to make sure everything sounded right.

Mr. Randolph was very prompt, professional, and technical.  He did a great job tuning my piano.  It sounds so much better now. And, like the other reviewer pointed out, he plays beautifully!  I will be calling him again next year.

Mr. Randolph promptly returned my call and set up a time convenient to both of us. He arrived on time, very professional and pleasant and while I was working in another part of the house he worked diligently on tuning my very out of tune piano. This piano had been in storage for a while and probably had not been tuned in 20+ years. After sometime Mr. Randolph started playing, wonderfully I might add, and the piano sounded brilliant! Thankfully there was nothing mechanically wrong just very out of tune. I will be sure to call Mr. Randolph again.

I have multiple pianos to deal with, and I usually use him for all the pianos. I inherited my mother's piano done and wanted it redone. He didn t do that. However, he tuned it. He did a good job. He has been doing it for many years, and he is well known in the area. He is always prompt, and he always does everything right.
