I would HIGHLY recommend Rain Fall Gutters. They are a very professional and friendly company. After making the call to explain my gutter problems, they showed up on time as promised. My gutter downspout had fallen off the house and water is also pooling too close to the foundation after exiting the gutters. The configuration of my house leaves few solutions. They were able to quickly make a temporary repair of the broken downspout to prepare for the rainy forecast. They then explained possible solutions to remedy the water retention situation. I look forward to working with them to solve this issue!

Rain Fall Gutters had installed my gutters in 2012. I called them on May 11, 2020 and Stephen Dowd said he could come give me an estimate the next day. He arrived on time and told me I needed another downspout and he could add it for about $90.00. I told him I wanted it done and to let me know when he could do the work. On May 15 I still hadn't heard from him so I did a contact through the Rain Fall website asking him to call me. On May 20 I still had not heard from Stephen so I called the Rain Fall number (which I believe is his cell phone), but could not leave a message since the mailbox was full. However, I was able to leave my phone number for a return call. It is June 4th and I still haven't heard from Stephen.

Got quotes from 3 companies to replace the gutters on two of our houses. Steve came out personally and did the quotes. Price was competitive and received the quotes back right away as opposed to some of their competition. We had to delay the work several times due to the weather delaying the roofers and painters. Steve was very flexible. Finally we had an opening and their 3 man crew came out and knocked out the job in 3-4 hours, cleaned up after themselves and were gone. Very professional and the gutters seem to be working perfectly and look very good. Also had the leafguards installed but have to wait until Fall to see if they work. Very satisfied with Rain Fall.

Had estimator come out and had a great talk with him. We walked the house so he knew what I was looking for and all was great definitely was looking forward to getting a quote. Unfortunately two days later and still no quote, so I had to get the job done by another company. Great people to talk with, but sadly did not follow up with an estimate, and I needed to get job done ASAP.

Great job! The gutters look fantastic! Clean up was excellent! Job was finished in a timely manner and the crew was polite and courteous. They called before they showed up and kept us informed as the job went along. Communication with Steve was superb! Both by e-mail and phone. Alex and his crew were GREAT!

They charged $350 because they honored a different company's bid. There was a little mix up. They actually bid it at $800 and they came down to $350 because they didn't get my okay. I thought it was the other the company that was doing the bid. They were great. Give them five stars -- awesome integrity and everything. It goes under CJKC General Contracting, LLC. The quality was excellent and they were very responsive.

Stephen set up an appointment for an estimate and was able to come out and look at the damaged sections. He gave me a fair offer and the crew came out and repaired the sections needed. They also cleaned out some debris from the storm from another section as a courtesy. I was very please with their service and friendliness of their workers. Would definitely hire again.

The installers were nice guys. I was just not happy with how they designed the system, where they put the downspouts and where they directed the water around the house. In some ways how they set up the gutters made the flooding around the house worse than it was before. Since I didn't have gutters before I just trusted them to know what to do which was, I guess, a mistake. Also, a couple of the long gutters were not installed perpendicular to the house but dangling at an angle so that when it rains hard the water just overflows so that's kind of useless. This was the only time I've had gutters put on so I can't compare to any other company. But since they get good reviews on Angie's List I expected to be a little more satisfied than I was.

We scheduled the installed; Stephen's crew show up the next day and completed the work quickly.  They matched the color of the down spout paint almost exactly with the house trim color.  The work was completed quickly without incident.  We are extremely happy with the results.
