 + -1 moreIT WAS HORRIBLE! THE TIME INVOLVED WAS RIDICULOUS, THE UNIT WAS DAMAGED WHEN IT WAS RETURNED AND HAD TO BE REPLACED. IT WAS DIFFICULT TO TRACK THE UNIT WHILE IT WAS IN FOR REPAIR. THE REPLACEMENT UNIT HAS HAD TO BE IN FOR REPAIRS ALSO.
Description of Work: OUR RCA AMPLIFIER/STEREO/DVD PLAYER HOME THEATER SYSTEM HAD TO HAVE A LASER REPLACED.
