Satellite TV Equipment Service
ONE BOX NEVER WORKED RIGHT. THEY TRIED TO FIX IT OVER THE PHONE. THEY WAITED UNTIL THE WARRANTY RAN OUT BEFORE THEY WANTED TO COME OUT AND THEN WANTED $80/HOUR. NEVER GOT THE SAME AMOUNT ON THE BILL FOR THE SAME SERVICES. WHEN WE SAID SOMETHING TO THEM ABOUT IT THE MAN GOT MAD AND CUT IT OFF FOR EIGHT HOURS, THEN TURNED IT BACK ON. WHEN THE CONTRACT IS UP WE ARE GOING TO CHANGE TO ANOTHER COMPANY.
