Radiant Roofing & Contracting

Jeff and his team are excellent and reputable. He constantly educated me along the way to what was required. Jeff also worked directly with the insurance company to make less of a headache for me. He was always responsive and showed up on-time. No question i would hire him again, in an instant.

We have used Radiant Contracting on two different houses now and received outstanding service each time. Jeff and his team were thorough and did great work. He communicated with us every step of the way and made us feel very comfortable with the process. His gutter guy even did some extra work at no charge! It has been my experience that there are a lot of fly by night operators in the roofing business and integrity can be hard to find. Jeff and his team definitely raise the bar for his industry.

TWO DAYS AND DONE.

Responsiveness / Communication – Awful: This company is not responsive. If you want to have to email time and time again for a response, use them. If not, keep looking. They will also have random people contact you about something with your project and when you call or message that person back they indicate they are not working on your project. Timeliness of work getting completed - Awful Apparently they sub contract everything out and have no control over their sub's scheduling - pretty much a direct quote from their company. Our gutter work was scheduled to be done on several occasions where the contractor no showed. We signed our contract with Roofs by Radiant about 6 months ago and while the major work is complete, they have not completed everything they were contracted for. Quality - TBD While our roof looks nice, we believe part of the roof is not done correctly and have been waiting 6 weeks for them to come out to look at it. In my opinion, that is a ridiculous wait time. Also, double-check the materials they bring that they are actually what you ordered. When the gutter folks finally did show up, they showed up with the wrong color gutters.

Not very well.  They came out and looked at my roof and told me that I needed a new roof.  So I called State Farm and had them come out and there were a few spots on the roof that needed to be repaired but not a total roof.  So I contacted them to come by and give me a price to do the minor repairs and the guy said they would be out the following week and a guy would call me.  I sent them an email and that went unanswered so I was disappointed with their service.

Radiant Roofing saved the day for us. We received some major hail damage to our home in the Spring, right before we were going to put the house on the market for sale. Everyone in our neighborhood received the same damage and were having repairs done as well. We had no idea who to use since we had never had to replace a roof before. Our neighbor used Radiant Roofing for their home and it turned out beautiful, so we asked (since we trust their opinion) if they would recommend Radiant. They raved about the service, quality, and professionalism of Radiant. They also explained that the process was easy. Radiant worked with their insurance company, handled all the paperwork and actually completed their work in one day. We were worried about the timeline because almost every home in our neighborhood was being worked on and we needed to get our house on the market. We needed the work to be done soon, but at the same time, we wanted quality work. We wanted something we would be proud to sell -- a quality roof with a warranty that we could transfer to the new owners of our home. We called Radiant and Jeff came out that day. He explained the process to us and assured us that the warranty would transfer to the new owners. We set a date for the work to be done and his crew showed up on time and completed the work in a day and half. For that day and a half, things were a mess as shingles and debris were furiously being tossed off the roof. I was a little worried about what the yard might look like when they were done, but to my surpise, everything looked great! The crew cleaned up so well, you couldn't even tell that anyone had even been there. One of the things that impressed me the most, was their attention to the little things. As they were cleaning up, I noticed this one worker pushing some device around our property.I watched him as he went up and down the driveway several times, through the yard, around the house, on the patio, through the landscaping, etc. Then, he did it all again. I was curious so I went out and asked what he was doing. and quot;I'm looking for nails,and quot; he replied. Wow! This magnetic thing he was pushing around was picking up any stray nails that could either puncture tires, go through someone's foot, or hurt our dogs. I was very impressed. So, to sum it all up, our experience with Radiant Roofing was excellent. Our new roof looked beautiful, all paperwork was processed in a timely fashion, and we got a warranty that would transfer to the new owners of our home. Our house sold quickly. We would highly recommend Radiant Roofing to anyone needing roof repair.

Crew was on site on time, worked efficiently, and removed all debris. Contractor coordinated with sub-contractors to ensure timely arrival and completion of contracted work. All work was done to our satisfaction.
They knew what they were doing, were extremely competent, eager to please, and prompt in answering our questions.

Springs storms from the year before had damaged roof shingles. Several companies had come by and offered estimates, but at the time I was not ready to replace the roof. Radiant was the only company to follow up 6 months and a year later. After a severe wind storm had removed several shingles in March of 2012, I decided it was time to replace the roof. Radiant came back out shortly after I called and provided a very fair estimate with upgraded shingles that provided an architectual look. After deciding on the color and style, Radiant ordered the shingles and shortly after that work began.
The work was done efficiently and quickly and in no time a new roof was on. The old shingles were removed and the yard cleaned up. The only hiccup at the time was a small plant ended up being walked on because a tarp was covering it. Radiant replaced the plant and all was fine. Later in the spring, it was discovered a nail from the roof job had penetrated a freon line in the attic. The freon line had been installed incorrectly, causing it to route to close to the roof line. Even though the contract specifically states that Radiant in not responsible for this type of damages (and I did not dispute that) they none the less sent out a roof crew at no expense to me, to meet with my A/C man and effect repairs.The whole ordeal lasted about 3 hours and the roof repaired so as not to tell it had ever been distured.
Service and follow up by Radiant was excellent and I would not hesitate to use them again.

There were a lot of new roofs going on in our neighborhood in the fall of 2011. Brent Russell, with Radiant knocked on our door one evening to inquire if we were thinking about replacing our roof and had we had it inspected. Yes we had, but I was waiting until after the first of the year to do something. He was good with that and promised to come back early in 2012.

Just as he promised, he returned in late January. After hearing his proposal, we decided to give them a shot. We were getting an upgraded architectural shingle for the price of a three tab. The crew showed up on the day promised, but after looking over our roof, decided it was to steep for them. This was the only hiccup in the whole process. A new crew came the next day, one more experienced and started immediately on the roof. It was completed in one day and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves and we have a great looking roof. Brent followed up with us the next day to make sure everything was good and promised to replace a small shrub his guys had stepped on after covering it with a tarp. He kept his word.

About a month later we discovered much to our chagrin and as the weather warmed, that a roofing nail had penetrated a freon line for the upstairs unit. Despite the contract specifically stated that Radiant was not responsible, Jeff with the home office, worked diligently with us to resolve the matter, including sending out a crew to remove part of the roof so the A/C man could get to the leak. All this was done at a minimal cost to us, including no cost for the roof part of the fix.

Overall we are very pleased with our experience with Radiant and will not hesitate to use them again should the need arise. Customer service was excellent and responsiveness to questions and concerns was quick and complete.
